Free includes 20 HD (1080) renders per month. Pro includes unlimited HD renders, plus a 200-render monthly allowance for everything above HD — 2K and 4K, in any landscape or portrait format. Allowances reset at the start of each billing month and unused renders don't roll over.
To keep render turnaround fast for everyone, renders are rate-limited per hour: up to 20 render starts per hour on Free and 50 per hour on Pro. Hitting the limit never loses your work — additional renders stay in the queue and start automatically once the hour rolls over. The configurator shows you an estimated start time whenever a render is held.
On Free, rendering resumes when your allowance resets. On Pro, HD rendering is never interrupted; past your above-HD allowance you can keep rendering 2K–4K at standard queue priority, or top up with render credits.
These limits exist to keep the render farm fast and fair. Automated, scripted, or shared-account rendering that circumvents them isn't permitted; accounts with sustained unusual load may be contacted before any action is taken.
